Victor Wanyama of the Celtic club has decided to stay put in Scotland during this transfer window. Wanyama was rumoured to switch from Celtic to Old Trafford. United was reported to bring about changes for the Kenyan today but with time running out, it is unlikely that anything will happen before the deadline ends.
From the interviews given by him, it is pretty clear that he has no interest in leaving Celtic for a while. He also admitted that he is a big fan of United. Wanyama however did not deny that he has thoughts of moving from Celtic after the season.
“I can confirm to you that I will be at Celtic. We are playing well and our Champions League dream is on right now, so I am looking forward to the big game against Juventus”, Victor Wanyama said.
He also said,“A lot has been said about my intended move but I have not given it much thought and even my manager feels I should play until the end of the season for Celtic. Then, from that point, the doors can be open for a move.”
