What did you do for your mother on Mother’s Day? Well, the Ajax players can at least claim to have walked down with their mums down the tunnel, which indeed was a very special moment.

This was during their final home game of the season against Cambuur at the Amsterdam ArenA when the players emerged from their locker room, only to greet their mothers and walk out of the tunnel alongside them.

And clearly, their presence in the stadium worked as a boost for the Ajax players as they registered a comfortable 3-0 win over the visitors. Ajax are currently in second in the Eredivisie table with PSV leading the standings with a big margin.
