Chelsea continue their good form as they register yet another convincing victory as they lead 2-0 against West Bromwich Albian at Stamford Bridge.

It was Spaniard Diego Costa who gave Jose Mourinho’s side the lead following a wonderful team effort involving exchanges of passes from Oscar, Willian and Azpilicueta in quick successions. It was the Brazilian who finally found the cross that led to the goal.

Belgium star Eden Hazard doubled the lead after he finds the ball following a low free-kick by Cesc Fabregas inside the penalty box.
