Derby’s 1-2 defeat at the iPro Stadium to Nottingham Forest didn’t go well with a supporter who invaded the pitch by running through stewards before attempting to punch Kelvin Wilson following the match.
With the scoreline tied at 1-1, Forest’s Ben Osborn grabbed a 92nd winner for his side, helping them avoid a fifth straight defeat. The sight of watching his side succumb to a defeat against their arch-rivals was more than upsetting for this supporter as he tried to punch Wilson.
However, he was easily brought down by Jamaal Lascelles, who had earlier come on as a substitute for Forest. He was then dragged away by stewards and was handed over to the officials.
It was later confirmed by the Telegraph that the supporter was indeed arrested by Derbyshire Police.
That was not all of it. Following the match, it was found out that the tyres of the car of Forest’s Kuwaiti chairman, Fawaz al Hasawi were deflated. Additionally, the hooligans had broken the windshield wipers of his Mercedes-Benz Viano while also tampering his personalised Nottingham Forest number plate.
