It is unfortunate enough already when you see someone, who has been associated with a club you have supported for so long, reject your request to sign a shirt of your favourite club. And, when that someone comes out to be Pep Guardiola, it just gets depressing.
In a recent video that has been gaining a lot of attention in social media, you can see Bayern Munich manager deny a Barcelona supporter his autograph during one of the Bavarian’s team training sessions for reasons we are not sure about.
Bayern Munich are in Doha for their warm-weather training camp, and he was quoted by Marca stating he was not the solution to their problems.
"There are a lot of options and the right people will make the right decisions to keep Barça up there among the best clubs in the world,” he said.
Barcelona’s president Josep Maria Bartomeu had recently recalled for a 2016 re-election, and there have been speculations of Joan Laporta possibility looking to make a comeback.
When enquired if Guardiola was contacted by Laporta for a re-appointment, Guardiola said, "Laporta hasn't said that. You've read it somewhere but he's not said it.”
