Goal-shy France train in Belarus for World Cup qualifier.
France goalkeeper Hugo Lloris said: “I am aware that the results in 2013 have not been good. But, as I’ve said we mustn’t lose sight of our goal. We are all working together with the aim of reaching the World Cup. It’s not easy every day but we are hanging in there. If we have to get there through the play-offs so be it.”
France coach Didier Deschamps said: “We have our second place to consolidate and beyond that the aim is to win tomorrow’s match. After that what will happen in October and, as I hope, November, well there’s time before then.”
