Screenshots from the footage recorded during an Eredivisie match between Ajax and Feyenoord.

Earlier this week, Ajax registered their 1-0 win over Feyenoord in an Eredivisie tie. Nothing out of the usual except for the camera that was used to shoot the match.

The match was recorded with a camera that was kept steady by a revolutionary stabilized system called movi which is said to be worth €20,000, reports Dutch website ad.nl. The system allows the operators to record footage using gyro sensors and motors at a very fast pace without losing stability.

Camera man Ben Earl was in charge of the camera who had to run with the players while he was sending the feed to viewers all around the world. The device was however not used to record the complete match as it will require the camera man to move around the pitch while the match is on.
