The ad ostensibly portrays the widespread global reach of Gillette, but what makes it interesting is the variety of garbs that Messi and Federer put on as the storyline progresses. We get to see Federer dressed as a sumo wrestler and a rugby player, while Messi portrays a cricketer and a tennis player! There is a final showdown on the football field, with Messi cutting through the midfield to race towards the goal, where Federer holds guard as the goalkeeper.
