Manchester United were served a surprising defeat as they went down 2-1 to Arsenal while playing at home in their FA Cup Quarter Final tie.
Speaking to reporters later, manager Louis van Gaal expressed his discontent with the team's performance and how it was only them who were to be blamed.
"We didn't lose to them, we lost [because of] our own performance, and that's very disappointing," van Gaal told MUTV. "The players are very disappointed; they know it could have been different."
"It's a pity because after we were 1-0 down, we recovered immediately. And the first chances of the second half were for us, so we could have decided the game," he added.
