John Sitton is an English former professional footballer and former manager of Leyton Orient, and is very well known for his half-time team-talks which are usually very heated.
This one features his talks on 7 February 1995, after Orient had fallen 1–0 down in a league match at home to Blackpool. He sacked fan favourite Terry Howard on camera in the dressing room while offering two other players to fight him, saying: “You, you little c*nt, when I tell you to do something, and you, you f*****g big c*nt, when I tell you to do something, do it. And if you come back at me, we’ll have a f*****g right sort-out in here. All right? And you can pair up if you like, and you can f*****g pick someone else to help you, and you can bring your f*****g dinner. ‘Cos by the time I’ve finished with you, you’ll f*****g need it.”
