Jose Mourinho’s first Champions League tie back at Stamford Bridge started off quite on the wrong note as Basel defeated Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. Oscar scored the opening goal for the Blues, but despite having major possession and 11 attempts on goal, Chelsea failed to convert any further opportunities into goals. Mohamed Salah and Basel skipper Marco Streller netted in the goals for the visitors.
