Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United side crashed out of the FA Cup thanks to a goal from ex-Manchester United player Danny Welbeck last night. While Welbeck gave the Red Devils fans a glimpse of what the club let go on the night, in Italy, another former United youth player reminded them of what the club missed out on.
Paul Pogba scored a great goal for Juventus, a goal that was full of athleticism and skill. The 21-year-old came to his club’s rescue with his spectacular half-volley to hand the reigning Italian champions a hard fought 1-0 win over Sassuolo.

The match seemed to be heading for a draw when Pogba scored in the 82nd minute. The French youngster latched onto a pass from Simone Pepe, took a deft touch and promptly dispatched the bouncing ball into the back of the net with great control.
The win helped Juventus push their lead at the top of the Serie A to 11 points, as they solidified their push for a fourth consecutive league title.
