English football’s most decorated player Ryan Wilson, who later changed his surname to Giggs, is seen here playing for local team Salford more than 25 years ago in the final of the Granada Schools Cup. Ryan Wilson (Giggs) was 15 at the time and, not surprisingly, was chosen man of the match.
