Spain defeated minnows Tahiti by a huge margin as expected and they broke the record for the biggest margin of victory at the final phase of a FIFA tournament. Fernando Torres scored four goals and missed a penalty, David Villa scored a hat-trick, David Silva scored two and Juan Mata scored one at the Confederations Cup in Rio de Janeiro on Thursday.
