Pedro and Roberto Soldado scored for Spain in the 2-1 victory against Uruguay. Spain seemed to be dominant throughout the game as they had 71 percent of the possession in the match. Luis Suarez picked up a late consolation for Uruguay when he curled in a free kick with 2 minutes remaining on the clock.
