Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s humour was at its imperious best during his interview with Sports Illustrated. The Big Swede, who is currently in the US on a pre-season tour with PSG, spoke to Sports Illustrated ahead of their International Champions Cup fixture against Chelsea, which finished 1-1.
Ibrahimovic was interviewed about a wide range of topics, which included his thoughts on Major League Soccer, his relationship with Louis van Gaal and links to Manchester United, the FIFA scandal, and who he believes is better – Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi.
In a game of word association, Zlatan praised his former Barcelona teammate Lionel Messi by using the word ‘fantastic’, which isn’t surprising as he continues to maintain a good relationship with the Argentine. He labelled Real Madrid’s Ronaldo as just ‘good’ and when asked to describe himself, the striker simply said ‘wow’.
The 33-year-old has been incredible for the Paris-based club since joining them from Milan in 2012 and has scored an incredible 75 goals in 91 appearances.
