Watch: Sachin Tendulkar and Bhaichung Bhutia star in FIFA U17 World Cup anthem

The anthem for the upcoming FIFA U17 World Cup was launched with much aplomb and Sunday. The track, named 'Kar Ke Dikhla De Goal', which roughly translates to 'Show that you can score a goal'.

Sung in Hindi by the likes of Babul Supriyo, Papon and Shaan features Indian sporting legends such as Sachin Tendulkar and Bhaichung Bhutia. The video also features Bala Devi, the captain of the Indian women's Football team.

The tournament starts on the 6th of October with the first game seeing India playing host to the United States of America in Delhi and will end on the 28th of October with the final scheduled to be held in Kolkata. The month-long tournament will be held in six cities across India.

This will be the first time that India takes part in a FIFA event and are pitted in Group A alongside USA, Ghana and Colombia. All of India's games in the group stages will be held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi.

Some, however, were not impressed with the selected with the choice of the cast in the video.
