Zlatan Ibrahimovic became a goal-scoring machine as he scored 4 goals, three in the first half and one in the second, against minnows Anderlecht as Paris Saint Germain cruised past the Belgian club with a massive 5-0 victory.
The Swede made a mockery of Anderlecht defense as he put up an unforgettable performance in Brussels as PSG are now at the top of their group having gained all nine points with a goal difference of 11.
Ibrahimovic said that his team is much better now when compared to last season as they bowed out in the quarterfinals on away goals. He said that they are a contender for the title this year as they possess a better team.
“I feel good,” the striker said after the victory. “This year, we are stronger, we have stronger players.
“We could win the competition but remember that the further you go, the harder it is.
“My first year in Paris was fantastic, but this year is even better,” said the 32-year-old.
