Frank Lampard said on Tuesday he is optimistic that his Chelsea squad can deliver the first trophy of his managerial career when his side take on Liverpool in the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday.
The Blues, last season's Europa League winners, head into the showpiece match on the back of a chastening 4-0 defeat at Manchester United in Lampard's first match in charge.
Lampard has fitness concerns over N'Golo Kante, Willian and Antonio Rudiger ahead of the match.
Kante will be handed a late check to see if he can be involved while Willian and Rudiger are likely to be on the bench.
