Jamie Carragher
Surrounded more or less by mediocrity on that night in 2010, Jamie Carragher did see better times at Liverpool. He enjoyed a stellar career at Anfield, before retiring in 2013. Carragher would take his incredible footballing mind and apply it in the studio.
Carragher has been a great pundit for Sky Sports and has formed an unlikely partnership with former Man United captain Gary Neville. The two of them have lots of fun together, as Carra is one of the most prominent ex-footballers out there on social media.
Martin Skrtel
The former Slovakia captain would enjoy his best days as a Liverpool player following 2010, as he won the club's Player of the Year award in 2011-12. Skrtel would score a couple of braces in the 2013-14 season, as the Reds came agonisingly close to lifting the Premier League trophy.
Skrtel moved on in 2016, during Jurgen Klopp's first summer transfer window at the club, when he joined Turkish outfit Fenerbahce. He is still hard as nails, like he has been throughout his Anfield career.
Paul Konchesky
The left-back was one of the worst signings in Liverpool history, as he put in a host of horror shows for Reds fans during the first half of the 2010-11 season. As soon as Roy Hodgson was replaced by Kenny Dalglish, Konchesky was sent out on loan to Nottingham Forest and eventually sold to Leicester City.
He would play for the Foxes for a few seasons, getting loaned out to QPR during Leicester's famous title-winning season in 2015-16. Konchesky would move around various lower league clubs but he now finds himself without one.
