Brought to the club in 2007, Ryan Babel had a lot of potential to light up the Premier League with Liverpool AS HEe had bags of talent. Unfortunately, he did not live up to it and left Anfield for Hoffenheim in January 2011.
The Dutch winger would return to former club Ajax in 2012 before moving to Turkey and later, UAE. Babel is currently playing at Besiktas, who he joined in 2017. He helped them to win the Turkish League that season and is still tearing it up for the Dutch national team.
Milan Jovanovic

Initially signed by outgoing Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez, Milan Jovanovic honoured his contract agreement with the Reds and gave his all on the pitch. Unfortunately, the former Serbian forward was not good enough for them and, like a few others on this list, did not get a look in under Kenny Dalglish.
Jovanovic moved to Anderlecht and finish his career there, as he retired in 2013. He has been off the footballing radar ever since his retirement and it isn't exactly hard to see why. Serbia's 2010 World Cup hero was highly forgettable at Anfield.
David N'Gog

David N'Gog was another young talent that should have probably done better than he did at Liverpool. He enjoyed a decent first half of 2010-11, contrary to the overall picture at Anfield, but left the club the following summer.
The striker would move around, joining a host of clubs including Bolton, Swansea and Stade de Reims. N'Gog is currently playing for Hungarian side Budapest Honved. As most of the active players on this list, it is unlikely that we will see the Frenchman do much else than what he currently is.
