Where to buy Arsenal football jersey online in India (2016-17)

Arsenal’s home, away and third kits

The much anticipated Premier League 2016-17 promises to be one heck of a spectacle. Not only does the EPL have some of the best footballers from around the globe, it also has the best managers in the business, who are preparing to lock horns this season in a mouthwatering clash to see who will come out on top as the champions of England.

Arsenal is preparing for another exciting season, especially after signing Swiss midfielder, Granit Xhaka. The Gunners kick off their campaign at the Emirates Stadium, against Liverpool this Sunday. Arsenal will be wary of Liverpool after an impressive display in their pre-season, where they thrashed Spanish champions, FC Barcelona, 4-0.

Arsenal has also completed the signing of Rob Holding from Bolton Wanderers, who is likely to start against Liverpool, and J-League striker, Takuma Asano from Sanfrecce Hiroshima. Asano is currently on international duty at Rio Olympics 2016.

New season kits

Their home kit is the traditional red and white jersey, and it features a vertical stripe down the center of the shirt, which is a darker shade of red. The red and white has been a feature of Arsenal since the very beginning, and the Puma number has paid tribute to that. Along with revealing their home kit, Arsenal also announced that Alexis Sanchez will wear the prestigious No. 7 jersey, shifting from No. 17 which we wore last season.

The home jersey was modeled by Santi Cazorla in Arsenal’s away and third kit reveal at a star-studded event in Los Angeles.

Arsenal’s away jersey sports a new design to their jersey last season. The Puma number is a smart yellow pinstripe shirt, finished with grey details including a fold over collar and grey sleeves. The new jersey is a lot different from Arsenal’s gold and navy blue away kit last season, and probably the better of the lot. The away jersey was displayed by former La Masia graduate, Hector Bellerin.

Arsenal’s third kit is a dark blue number, complete with striking yellow stripes on the sleeves and cuff with electric yellow socks. The alternate jersey is worn by the team when the colors of two competing teams' other uniforms are too similar to distinguish easily. The alternate kit was launched by Arsenal left-back, Nacho Monreal.
