#1 Amine Harit
Last season's Bundesliga Rookie of the Year is a former French youth international who is a constant pest for opposition defences. Harit, who now plays international football for Morocco, could be a suitable understudy to recently crowned African Footballer of Year Mohamed Salah.
Always a willing runner at just 21 years old he is a player that has all the potential to flourish within the Gegenpressing system that sees Liverpool on top of the English Premier League table.
Last season he was particularly impressive, his performances at times made him irresistible forcing Morocco head coach Hervé Renard to start him in the opening World Cup game against Iran. In the 2017-2018 season, no other Bundesliga player dribbled passed more players than Harit. Fouling him seemed the only way to stop him as he was also the most fouled player in the German top flight.
