Manchester United‘s Wilfried Zaha has ruled out all suggestions of being loaned out by his team.
Zaha who joined United, leaving Crystal Palace for £15 million in January, was loaned back till the end of the season and went on to help his former club getting in to the Premier League.
The 20-year-old, who is currently with the United squad at the pre-season tour in Bangkok, while there are suggestions that he could be loaned out next season. Zaha insists to stay with the club and impress his new manager David Moyes.
“I’ve grafted to get here so Manchester United is where I want to stay,” said Zaha.
“I have moved away from most of my family and friends but it’s progress. Everyone understands that. I wanted to make the move here because it’s what is best for my career.”
When questioned about him settling down at United, Zaha told the club’s official website: “I just stayed in my corner of the dressing room really and looked about and tried to get used to everyone.
“Everybody jokes around in the changing room and all that kind of stuff so it was just enjoyable really. I was a bit nervous coming in but everyone is cool so it was nice.
“I would’ve preferred starting with everyone else so I could make a good impression and put in a good effort so I’m just glad I was here before the tour started.”
