Manchester United‘s bid to sign the hugely talented Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha is on the verge of breaking down. The offer of £10 million which was made by Old Trafford for the 20-year-old England international has been dismissed by the Championship club. Steve Parish, the Palace chairman, had a meeting with the United officials on Thursday to hear their final offer.
The Eagles, however, were not willing to do business as they slashed £5 million of the original £20m valuation for the England international . United are said to take a decision for the 20-year-old this summer.
Arsenal has not yet confirmed about their official bid, but the Gunner’s offer could urge Palace to revert to the negotiating table.
Meanwhile, Sir Alex Ferguson has warned that Manchester United are primed for another Treble assault.
