#3 Luis Suarez (Uruguay)
What would a World Cup be without a spot of controversy from Luis Suarez? A moment of madness from the Uruguayan has become a staple of the modern game, and Russia will likely be his last chance to grab the headlines in a World Cup.
Suarez has had an outstanding season at Barcelona. Scoring 31 for the team in a season where they only lost one game, but it seems unlikely he will still be doing the same thing in four years time.
While Suarez is showing no real signs of ageing, he will be 35 by the time the World Cup in Qatar rolls around, and it seems unlikely that he will still be in the spotlight come then.
If this is to be Suarez's last World Cup, expect him to bow out with some sort of outrageous decision.
