#2 Antoine Griezmann
The forward is a typical example of a big match player. Last season, he scored for Atletico Madrid in the Europa League semi-final against Arsenal, and then two goals in the final. He is France's most creative force with three goals, two assists and made 19 attempts at goal. Given that Olivier Giroud's contribution has been that of a target man, Griezmann is expected to chip in the goals as he plays just behind the main striker.
One of his greatest qualities is his finishing. He is odds on favourite to score when through on goal with only the goalkeeper to beat. He also knows how to make key passes and open up play for his teammates. Given that Croatia's backline played for 120 minutes in three consecutive matches, Griezmann will look to exploit the gaps in behind the defence for the ever pacy French side.
