#1 Romelu Lukaku

The 25-year-old Manchester United striker is definitely one of the most prolific strikers in the competition. Lukaku made his debut at the age of 16 and has gone on to score 34 goals for his nation in 68 appearances. It will be his second time playing in the World Cup. In the 2014 edition, he made four appearances and scored just once. With Benteke not in the squad, the team will be reliant on Lukaku to score some goals in the competition.
The forward is particularly strong in finishing, dribbling, and heading. His presence in the box will create plenty of problems for the defenders. In the Premier League, many clubs struggled to contain his powerful runs and presence in the box.
In late May, Lukaku complained that the Belgium fans do not show enough appreciation for his efforts. This summer is the time for him to prove his worth to the fans of the Red Devils.
