It is odd to think that Manchester United let Pogba go for nothing before buying him back for a record fee at the time, but the Frenchman still retains his value. Rumours of a return to Juventus seem fanciful, however, the World Cup winner needs a good season if he wants to retain his value.

Valued at just €3.5 million when Juventus signed him on a free transfer, Pogba came back to Manchester with a valuation of €105 million.

He has since slipped back to €90 million, but if he helps Manchester United win another Premier League title, he is sure to find his valuation reaching six figures again.
