Zidane urges Bale to make a summer switch to Madrid

French football legend Zinedine Zidane has hit the rumour mill on overdrive after he confessed of his admiration for Gareth Bale at an Adidas lab.

Zidane’s latest comments come following a recent upsurge in Real Madrid’s desire in acquiring the Tottenham winger.

Zidane said : “Is he good enough for Real Madrid? Of course.

“He is more than good enough to play for Real Madrid.

“Aside from Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, he is the player who has impressed me the most.”

“Tottenham could command £40m, £50m, maybe even £60m for him.

“But there are maybe three or four teams in the world that can pay that sort of transfer fee — and it won’t put them off.” clearly indicating that Real Madrid could be preparing for mammoth bid if necessary.
