Author’s Take
No one can argue that Zidane did not deserve the award. He's managed to take Real Madrid to another level and has made then the best in the world.
He's got the perfect blend of youth and experience in his squad and has managed to get the best out of every single player. He might have missed out on the Copa Del Rey but with the two biggies – La Liga and Champions League in the game, no one would be complaining or shedding a tear about it.
This season might not have started the way he might have wanted to but the last few games show why it's too early to rule them out already.
