Zinedine Zidane has decided to call up his son Enzo for the game between Real Madrid Castilla and UB Conquense in the 3rd division. Enzo Fernández, as he is displayed on Real Madrid’s offside website has received his first call-up for the Real Madrid reserves.
The 19-year-old has previously trained with the first team when Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho invited him during his reign at the Bernabeu. Three of Zidane’s other sons Luca, Tho and Elyaz aged 16, 12 and 8 are also with the Real Madrid side in respective age groups.
The 42-year-old Zidane is currently able to manage the Castilla side after the Court of Arbitration for Sport temporarily suspended his coaching ban imposed by the Spanish FA for not having the necessary coaching qualifications.
The teenager midfielder normally operates as an attacking midfielder for Real Madrid C but can also play in a False 9 role.
