What is the lore behind Krisabelle in Fortnite?
Krisabelle has no lore associated with her in Fortnite. She is a re-skin or snapshot/variant of the original Isabelle that was created by Fortnite concept artist D3NNI. Based on what is known, Krisabelle was created with the sole intent of being a freebie for Winterfest 2021. She is a witch, and much like Isabelle, she too can cast spells. However, their involvement in the storyline is non-existent. Krisabelle official in-game description reads, “Voted "Most Festive Holiday Witch" 3 years in a row.” This is a direct reference to Winterfest.
What’s really interesting about Krisabelle is that she is not the only variant/snapshot of Isabell. There are a few others such as: Grisabelle, Blizzabelle, and Breezabelle. They all use the same character model, but are slightly different in terms of their design and are based on different themes. Grisabelle is Fortnitemares variant, while Blizzabelle and Breezabelle are Winterfest and Summerfest variants respectively. Breezabelle also happens to be exclusive for the time being as she was part of Crew for July, 2023.
