While Fortnite may be a PG-13 game, not everyone who plays it is in their early teens. Hence, many content creators don't feel compelled to create "family friendly" content. They create engaging but "mature" videos on their own terms. While the definition of "mature" may vary from person to person, in this context, it has to do mostly with the language used.
On the flipside, some YouTubers have been creating PG-13 content that can be enjoyed by viewers of all ages since the release of the game. They steer clear of including anything in their videos that could be deemed "mature."
On that note, here are three Fortnite YouTubers that cater to mature audiences and three who are family-friendly.

HJDoogan and two other Fortnite YouTubers who create content for mature audiences
1) HJDoogan
Harry Doogan has been around since the early days of the game. From creating casual gameplay videos to recreating the entire island like Wailing Woods using Unreal Editor for Fortnite, he's done it all.
While his content is not exactly "spicy" per se, he does tend to throw in a few "mature" words every now and then. That said, his videos are indeed entertaining to watch and, given his approach to content creation, he always keeps things "fresh."
2) JoJoJosiah
Josiah's videos are considered quite entertaining, but he heavily caters to adult viewers. His content mostly revolves around his compadres and him having a blast on custom maps, all the while swearing during gameplay. They banter and enjoy the game like there's no tomorrow.
He also happens to be the creator of a map called Jojo's Pizza Dash (8853-4077-6738). Players need to create pizzas and deliver them while fighting against other players to score points. It's organized chaos in the truest sense.
3) Ninja
Tyler "Ninja" is synonymous with Fortnite. He has been a part of the community since the launch of Battle Royale and has grown alongside the game. Although he doesn't exactly create content for mature viewers, every now and then, things tend to cross the PG-13 threshold.
Nevertheless, with parental supervision, most teenagers should be able to enjoy his videos on YouTube. Furthermore, he has somewhat toned down his content over the years and is just about ready to venture into pure PG-13 content.
Nick Eh 30 and two other Fortnite YouTubers who create family-friendly content
1) Nick Eh 30
Nick is perhaps the most family-friendly content creator in the Fortnite community. His approach towards content has remained consistent, and he strictly avoids cursing in YouTube videos.
However, this doesn't mean that his content is not for all ages. Given the style and the variety of videos he creates - from over-the-top challenges to having fun on custom Creative Maps like Motocross Stunt Champions - there's something for everyone to watch.
2) Tabor Hill
Tabor Hill is family-friendly in the truest sense. He's a father to three children and often features them in videos. Owing to the fact that he's a family man, all his content is well within the confines of being PG-13.
His channel is one of the few that address everything there is to know about Fortnite but in a manner that kids can easily understand and digest. He explains things in great detail and is known to be very trustworthy when it comes to things like in-game freebies.
3) Typical Gamer
Andre "Typical Gamer" is quite popular in the Fortnite community. Like most of his peers, he provides content that is "clean" to a large extent. Although he does tend to get rather excited in his videos, it never results in him going overboard.
An OG content creator, he makes videos involving custom maps, challenges, updates, and other run-of-the-mill aspects of the game. According to rumors, he may be the next YouTuber to be featured as an Icon Series Outfit in-game.
