The Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 have arrived and they have some interesting yet balanced perks. Ever since the beginning of Fortnite Chapter 5, Medallions have been a crucial part of every season and the way to obtain them remains the same.

Keeping in mind the theme, it was quite obvious that the Bosses that dropped the Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 would be Japanese-themed.

Currently, there are only two types of Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 — the Night Rose Medallion and the Shogun X Medallion. Both have distinct perks in the game, and the ways to obtain them are quite different too.

The Night Rose Medallion

The Night Rose Medallion can be found at the biggest house in the Demon's Dojo location. You can obtain it by defeating The Night Rose NPC boss. However, eliminating her is not easy. She has two phases and it is very difficult to fight the second phase solo.

To obtain this medallion, be prepared with a good amount of heals and ammos with a good rarity weapon. Once you eliminate The Night Rose, you will get the following items: The Night Rose Medallion, The Night Rose Oni Mask, and The Night Rose Veiled Precision SMG.

Her Medallion causes all of your weapons to continuously reload themselves, saving a significant amount of time, especially in competitive matches.

The Shogun X Medallion

Getting your hands on the Shogun X Medallion is quite difficult. While it can be obtained by defeating the Shogun X NPC boss, there's a twist. The first Shogun X boss that you see roaming around the map at the beginning of a match is the early phase NPC and does not drop the Medallion.

To find this Medallion, you need to survive till the fourth Storm Circle of the map, after which the Floating Islands are spawned in the game. This is where the final phase Shogun X boss spawns, with the item you are looking for.

Upon eliminating the final phase boss, you get the following items: Shogun X Medallion, Shogun X’s Fire Oni Mask, and the Mythic Typhoon Blade. The Shogun X Medallion gives you unlimited stamina and also makes you invisible when you are sprinting. Although they seem like basic perks, these abilities help a lot when there's a lack of mobility options nearby.

These are all the Medallions in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 as of now. It should be noted that Fortnite keeps updating the loot pool and maps every few weeks. So, it is very likely that new Medallions and NPC bosses will be added to the game soon.
