It is a vibrant and colorful UEFN map featuring a lot of minigames with great potential to earn lots of XP to climb up the Battle Pass tiers quickly. This map was designed by @nbr_studios and was released on May 17, 2024. At its peak, there were over 6400 concurrent players on this map.

The map code to access Fortnite Basketball Tycoon is 8135-2882-2684. Ensure to check the username of the creator "nbr_studios", right below the game title as there are various copied maps. Up to three people can play this map in public and private lobbies.

To locate the map, follow these steps:

Go to the search icon on the top-left corner in the main Battle Royale lobby.
Paste the map code here. Remember to add the dashes, as it will not work otherwise.
After pasting the code, press the Select button located in the screen's bottom-left corner.

How to play

The aim is pretty simple: build the biggest basketball store and court in the city. Start with building the best basketball store and collect enough money to build your basketball court and host tournaments. Once you have the store, court, and home, you will unlock a mobile phone that can be used to teleport to these locations, saving time.

You are given a free plot, and a dropper at first, similar to the Fortnite Cinema Tycoon. The more droppers you have, the faster the money generation. Once you max out your dropper levels, you can start building the basketball court.

The collection of sneakers at your basketball store expands as you level up. Moreover, the basketball court has various upgrades too. You can install lights, benches, fencing, and more.

Customization and achievements

There are various player and store customization options in this map:

Players can wear any sneakers displayed in their store. They can be removed by visiting the store counter.
There's a Super Shop nearby that has a large collection of interior decor items.
After buying a home, you can purchase any car of your choice which can also be used in the Mega Ramp game mode.
Various colors of basketball are available on the court after unlocking everything in the store.

The richest player in the lobby gets their statue in the center of the map. It is recommended to use hip-hop or basketball-themed outfits on this map, so make sure the check out the Fortnite Item Shop to find the best one for you.

How to make money faster in Fortnite Basketball Tycoon

There are three bonus ways to make money on this map:

Hit the ball: Hit the Ball is the Clicker of this tycoon game. It gives you two dollars and a Basketball Token for every hit by default. A maxed-out Clicker gives $100 for every hit.
Reward Chests: Gives free money for playtime. The longer you stay in the game, the higher the reward, going up to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
King Dunk Arcade: By spending $80, you can unlock an arcade game named King Dunk. Shooting the ball in the basket gives you $60. There's no limitation on the playtime or amount you can generate using it.
Mini Basketball: A basic basketball shooting game that is based on luck. Every successful shot gives $210.
Secret basketballs: There are various hidden basketballs across the map, each giving 1200 XP and one basketball currency.

The Fortnite Basketball Tycoon also features a VIP Area which can be unlocked by spending 3000 Basketball Tokens. Players are supposed to climb its stairs within a minute to gain massive XP and in-game cash.
