Fortnite has racked up an extensive list of skins and outfits over the years. The cosmetic library is one of the biggest in all of gaming, with Epic Games constantly creating new original outfits while also bringing iconic characters from other universes to the Battle Royale island for players to embody. However, among these characters, some are rarer than others. Naturally, players are always yearning to see them return to the game.

This is highlighted in a recent Reddit post shared by u/Burgerkingoof, where the OP posed the question of which skins and outfits players want to see come back to the Fortnite Item Shop soon. The Reddit post attracted a flurry of responses from the community, with fans giving their own take on skins they missed in the past and hope to see return soon.

1) Alpine Ace

One of the very first skins released in Fortnite with multiple styles, the Alpine Ace has become a beloved part of the game's vast roster. To this day, players are clamouring to add the Alpine Ace Outfit to their collection in a bid to secure a Victory Royale. Despite being an OG skin, it has shown up in the Item Shop multiple times since its release.

The Alpine Ace Outfit was last seen in the Fortnite Item Shop over 400 days ago. While there is no telling as to when the skin will return to the Shop, players will undoubtedly be on the lookout to get their hands on it whenever it does.

2) Raven Team Leader

A relatively new skin released during the game's beloved OG season, the Raven Team Leader has quickly gained a lot of love from the Fortnite community. This is due to the character's connection to both Cuddle Team Leader and Raven, two of the most iconic skins in the game. The outfit was released as part of the Nevermore Hearts Pack in the Fortnite Item Shop and was last seen during the OG season.

While there is no telling when the Raven Team Leader Outfit will be brought back to the Item Shop, it is likely that it will return when the Fortnite Chapter 2 OG season releases later down the line in Chapter 5.

3) Kratos

The Ghost of Sparta from PlayStation's God of War series, Kratos has become not only a beloved part of pop culture, but also of Fortnite's vast cosmetic library. This is largely due to the skin's rarity, with it last being seen in the Item Shop over 1000 days ago. This has led the Kratos Outfit to become one of the most sought-after skins in Fortnite.

While many players hoped to see the Ghost of Sparta return to the game in the Greek Mythology-themed Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, the skin unfortunately never returned. As of the time of writing, there is no telling when it will be made available for purchase in the Item Shop again.

4) Master Chief

The legendary space warrior from Xbox's Halo franchise, Master Chief was an instantly beloved skin when it was introduced to the game in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5. With the bounty hunter theme of the season, the powerful Spartan fits perfectly among the many other collaboration outfits released recently. However, the skin has since become one of the rarer ones, having been last seen over 700 days ago.

As of now, there has been no indication from Epic Games regarding the return of Master Chief to the Fortnite Item Shop, leaving players wondering when they will have a chance to acquire the legendary Spartan warrior.

5) Spider-Man 2099

Introduced alongside other members of the Spider-Verse films, Spider-Man 2099 quickly rose through the ranks of Marvel skins in Fortnite due to the character's unique design and his prominence in Across The Spider-Verse. While the outfit was released in the Item Shop all the way back in Chapter 4 Season 2, it has been a regular part of the Fortnite Item Shop cycles since its release, being last seen in the shop around 300 days ago.

Since the character is not as rare as other outfits listed on the list, players should keep an eye on the Item Shop whenever Epic Games decides to bring it back for purchase.
