The v22.40 update has added many new quests to Fortnite Battle Royale. Besides the Paradise questline, Epic Games has released 12 Rocket League tasks that can be completed.

To earn exclusive cosmetic items from these challenges, you will have to complete eight in total. One of them requires you to reach each Hardpoint in Rocketeer Ruins, and you will have to do this in the custom Creative map.

The latest update has also added Octane cars to the Battle Royale mode. Some of the new quests can be completed in it, but a few of them require you to join Creative.

Here is what you need to do to complete the latest Fortnite x Rocket League challenge:

1) Join the Rocketeer Ruins map

Rocketeer Ruins is a custom Creative map and you will have to join it to complete the new challenge. There are several ways to enter it, but the easiest one is by entering the island code.

To do this, open the game mode selection and go to the Island Code tab. Once you switch to it, enter 5620-6416-3977 as the map code and get into the match.

Alternatively, you can open the new quests, select the challenge, and use the View Experience button in the bottom-right corner.

2) Pass the portal to enter the game

Once you load the Creative map, you will be placed in the pre-game lobby. You won't be able to complete the challenge there, which is why you will have to pass through the green portal.

The portal will be right in front of you when you enter the map. Once you go through it, you will enter an Octane car.

3) Reach Hardpoints

There are five total Hardpoints on the map and each one is marked with a letter. To complete the challenge, you will have to reach every one of them.

In case you get lost, you can bring up the in-game map, which will show you your exact location. From there, you can navigate to every Hardpoint and complete the new Fortnite challenge.

Once you reach each Hardpoint, you will receive 20,000 XP.
