MrBeast and Fortnite are finally collaborating together after years of speculation from the player base. The famous YouTube content creator's appearance was first teased in the Chapter 4 cinematic trailer. Fans went wild about his arrival as another addition to the Icon Series cosmetic skins.

However, looking at MrBeast's history of wild giveaways and extreme challenges with other content creators and his fans, the Icon brings players a chance to win a million dollars by becoming the top scorer in his upcoming Fortnite tournament that goes live today i.e. December 17 from 12 PM ET to 3 PM ET.

In collaboration with Team Atlas Creative, MrBeast has created an interesting map in Fortnite Creative (Island Code: 7990-6907-8565) that consists of several mini-games known by OG loopers like The Floor is Lava, Maze, Briefcase Hunt, and Squid Game's popular game Red Light - Green Light.

All that players need to do is get the highest score in their best match, and the global top scorer will take home $1 Million in cash; however, the top 100,000 will also take home a super rare cosmetic, the golden Beast Brella Umbrella, that will only be granted to them and will not be available for purchase in the Item Shop in the future.

Furthermore, players can collect Coins spread around the map to get bonus points and improve their scores. Here's a guide on where players can find those Coins on one of the most challenging mini-games in the Fortnite Challenge: The Floor is Lava.

Collect up to 18 Coins in The Floor is Lava MrBeast Challenge Map in Fortnite

Players will have the opportunity to collect up to 18 Coins that are laid across the Floor in the Lava mini-game as part of one of the MrBeast's Extreme Survival Challenges in Fortnite. Upon collecting these, players will have a chance to get a bonus that can help them climb up the leaderboard faster.

The tweet above shows the locations of the Coins. Players will start the level from a platform and must climb up the blocks in front of them as the lava rapidly rises from the surface. Along the way, they will come across these Coins, adding to the total score.

However, if they are unsuccessful in their attempts, they will respawn at a level on the high ground from where they can spectate the remaining competing players. They will then return to the Hexagon floor hub and will encounter five different obstacles to cross before MrBeast loads another mini-game for them to jump in.

Before the tournament goes live, Fortnite players have a chance to put in their practice on the actual map that they can play right now and memorize the locations of these Coins and how to clear each game to earn the highest Score.

Keep in mind that the round in which your score is the highest will be counted as your final score on the leaderboard towards the end of the tournament. The winner will be chosen based on this.
