Fortnite Octane Quests: Full list of all challenges & how to do them

Fortnite's developer, Epic Games, notably purchased Rocket League in May of 2019. Since then, they have frequently used the two games to promote each other. This time around, they're introducing a new vehicle to Fortnite and a set of challenges to go with it.

Here's what they said in the official blog:

"In v22.10, the Octane vehicle from Rocket League boosted into Fortnite for creators to rev up their islands. Now, with v22.40, Octane has boosted into Battle Royale and Zero Build. This Battle Royale/Zero Build version is balanced for these modes, but it still has rocket boosters, supersonic speed, and the ability to jump, double jump, dodge, take flight, and drive on walls!"

These quests come with cosmetic rewards, including a back bling and a spray.

Here are all the High Octane Quests for Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4:

• Fly 100 meters continuously in an Octane
• Earn 100 points at RL Live
• Complete a lap in under 2 minutes 30 seconds in Octane Race
• Hit three opponents while riding in an Octane
• Earn 250 points at RL Live
• Complete two laps in Octane Race
• Perform a 720 front or back flip in the air with an Octane
• Damage car opponents 600 in Snipers vs. Octanes
• Reach each hardpoint at Rocketeer Ruins (5)
• Fuel up an Octane (50)
• Eliminate one Sniper opponent in Snipers vs. Octanes
• Collect eight coins at Rocketeer Ruins

Additionally, at two, four, six, and eight completed Octane Quests, gamers will unlock free cosmetics:

• Back Board Back Bling
• Octane Smash Spray
• Shot in Flight Emoji
• Clutch Victory Harvesting Tool

How to complete Octane Quests in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4

The Octane vehicle has arrived on the island, and the quests can be completed by driving it around. Flying in the car is difficult, but that is one of its new capabilities. The objectives can also be completed by building up high and driving off.

It's very likely that the Octane will spawn frequently on the island in place of some cars, but it could very well be exclusive to the new Dial-A-Drop vehicle item.

For many challenges, a Creative map code is required:

• Rocketeer Ruins - 5620-6416-3977
• Snipers VS Octanes - 8992-9205-6512
• Octane Race - 3847-7344-8745

In these maps, the challenges can be completed. For example, in Rocketeer Ruins, gamers may reach all five hardpoints simply by playing. They can collect coins casually as they play, too.

Completing laps and doing so in a timely manner might require a few attempts for the Octane Race map quests.

Snipers vs. Octanes' challenges will require players to be on both teams, so they'll need to play it multiple times. When a member of the Octane team, they have to eliminate a Sniper opponent, which will more than likely happen naturally.

These quests may not be live just yet. They've been released with the update, but may not have been activated. Additionally, they won't be around forever, so be sure to complete them as soon as possible.
