Players want Epic Games to create a Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass. Given that Fortnite Festival and Battle Royale have one, it seems only logical. Even LEGO Fortnite had one during the recent Star Wars collaboration. Players were able to obtain cool cosmetics to use in two major modes. As such, most adrenaline junkies have been feeling left out, and thankfully, Epic Games is aware of this. This is what they had to say:
"We've seen this request from a lot of players. Nothing to share now but it's something we know the players want."
The same information was spotted by user, GoldPlusAlpha and shared by Fortnite leaker/data-miner, SamLeakss. It was further re-shared by veteran leaker/data miner, ShiinaBR.
Given what Epic Games had to say, it is clear that a Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass is currently not in development despite several rumors. The only thing that has been confirmed as per the Fortnite 2024 roadmap is that Rocket Racing will have two more seasons before Fortnite Chapter 6 begins. However, this does not mean that a Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass is completely out of the question.

Epic Games could introduce a Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass in the future
Over the last few months, cosmetics from Rocket League have become cross-compatible with Rocket Racing. While this may not seem like much, it sets the stage for Epic Games to club together a Battle Pass for both Rocket Racing and Rocket League. This could be an amazing plan to bring forth the best of both worlds.
Since Epic Games has mentioned that they have nothing to share now, it is an indication that they might be planning for the near future. With Fortnite Festival and LEGO Fortnite getting a dedicated Battle Pass, Rocket Racing cannot be far behind. The only reason why a Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass is yet to come is that the mode is still in its infancy.
Based on Fortnite leaks, Epic Games has a lot planned for this mode. As such, they might want to finish work on the current roadmap before introducing a Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass. Even if this remains a pipeline dream, with Rocket League cosmetics being cross-compatible, players already have a lot of cosmetics to choose from in-game.
How much could the Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass cost?
It all depends on what benefits players will get from the Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass. This will dictate the price. Here are the current prices of Battle Passes and Passes in-game:
- Battle Royale Battle Pass is 950 V-Bucks
- Fortnite Festival Pass is 1,800 V-Bucks
- LEGO Fortnite Pass is 1,400 V-Bucks
To most players, the Wrecked Battle Pass for Chapter 5 Season 3 will be value for money. It's all the more beneficial if they are subscribed to Fortnite Crew. The LEGO Fortnite Pass is the best pick for players who enjoy LEGO Fortnite and the open-world survival gameplay. And for those who enjoy music and celebrity artist cosmetics, the Fortnite Festival Pass will be worth the V-Bucks.
A Fortnite Rocket Racing Battle Pass could be priced between 1,400 and 1,800 V-Bucks. As mentioned earlier, if the cosmetics are cross-compatible with Rocket League, the price would be justifiable. However, if Epic Games is working on this rumored Rocket Racing Battle Pass, it may likely not be ready until the end of Chapter 5.
