The Chord Kahele and Mr. Dappermint skins in Fortnite are two new Outfits that can be unlocked for free. Epic Games is giving away these skins to mark the release of LEGO Fortnite Brick Life on December 12, 2024. This is a new roleplaying game mode in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 that introduces various new items, locations, and roles.

Here's how to get Chord Kahele and Mr. Dappermint skins in Fortnite for free. Moreover, you can also unlock a third free LEGO Fortnite skin, but there's a catch.

Steps to unlock the Chord Kahele and Mr. Dappermint skins in Fortnite

Both the Chord Kahele and Mr. Dappermint skins in Fortnite are available to claim starting December 10, 2024.

Here's how to unlock the Chord Kahele Outfit (both normal and LEGO versions):

Download Fortnite on mobile (currently only available in the EU region).
Play any type of match and earn any amount of XP.
The skin should appear in your inventory as soon as you finish the match.

Epic Games has also mentioned in the official blog that the Chord Kahele skin is not exclusive and will come back as a paid cosmetic skin in the Fortnite Item Shop later. The last date to claim this skin for free is February 21, 2025.

Here's how to unlock Mr. Dappermint LEGO Outfit:

Sign in to your account on the Epic Games website.
Go to Apps and Accounts.
Click on Connect and select the LEGO Account option.
You will be redirected to LEGO's official website.
Login to your LEGO account and approve the linking with Epic Games.

If you have already linked both accounts, the Mr. Dappermint skin will be added to your inventory automatically. If you are doing this for the first time, you will also get the Explorer Emilie (regular and LEGO variant) skin for free. The official blog does not mention any last date for this claim, which most likely means that the Mr. Dappermint skin will not come as a paid skin in the Item Shop.

In case you can't find the items in your inventory despite following the steps, restart the game, and the issues should be resolved.
