The Frieza and Cell (Dragon Ball) skin in Fortnite was first introduced in Chapter 5 Season 1 with update v28.01. There's nothing that can be said about these characters that the fandom is not well aware of. Frieza was the first major villain to threaten all of humanity and is considered by many as the most iconic. His reign was unhindered until he was killed by Future Trunks and Goku.

Cell on the other hand is somewhat a jack of all trades. Since the character has been created using DNA from powerful beings, he can generate, manipulate, and strengthen himself using Ki. He also knows how to use special attacks such as Kamehameha and the Solar Flare. This makes him perhaps one of the most powerful antagonists in Dragon Ball.
