The Rubius skin in Fortnite was first introduced in Chapter 5 Season 4 during update v31.20. Rubén Doblas Gundersen, better known by his online alias Rubius, is one of the most popular Fortnite Spanish YouTubers and streamers. Given his rise to fame, adding his likeness to the Metaverse was all but a guarantee.

Unlike some characters in Fortnite, Rubius has his LEGO Style as well. This means you'll be able to don his likeness while exploring new LEGO Fortnite seeds. Sadly, his cat, Wilson, will not be able to join you on your adventures into the badlands. Nevertheless, this feline will still be usable in other modes such as Battle Royale/Zero Build, Reload, and Festival.

How to get the Rubius skin in Fortnite Item Shop: Price, availability, and other details

As of today (December 4, 2024), the Rubius skin in Fortnite is listed in the Item Shop under the "Icons" tab. It can be purchased via the Rubius Bundle and is associated with the Rubius Set.

The Rubius Bundle comprises these six cosmetics items:

If you want all the items in the Rubius Bundle, you can purchase them for 2,400 V-Bucks. They can also be bought separately.

Rubius (Outfit + Selectable Styles) + Rubius (LEGO Style) can be purchased together for 1,500 V-Bucks. Wilson (Back Bling + Reactive) and Moon Flame (Pickaxe) can be purchased together via the Wilson Gear Bundle for 1,000 V-Bucks. Flamitas De Kevin (Wrap + Animated + Reactive) and ASMR Keys (Emote) can be purchased for 500 and 300 V-Bucks, respectively.
