Sunlit Selene (Epic Style) is set to be unlocked in just a few hours in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1. To obtain or unlock this skin, players will have to own the current season's Battle Pass.
Since Selene (Outfit) is unlocked immediately after purchasing the Battle Pass, this additional style should become available as soon as it's unlocked in-game. To obtain this cosmetic, players will have to navigate to the "Midseason Drops” section of the Battle Pass to redeem it.
What are Midseason Drops in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1?
After Epic Games redesigned the Battle Pass for Chapter 4, several useful changes were implemented to the tiered system. Based on recent feedback from the community, the Battle Pass has never looked better. Furthermore, the developers have also changed the manner in which certain cosmetics are obtained.

Instead of having all the additional cosmetics in the "Bonus Rewards" segment of the Battle Pass, they introduced the concept of "Midseason Drops." Players who are on their way to level 100 should be able to claim these "Midseason Drops" styles before progressing towards the Bonus Rewards.
Essentially, these act as mini-stimulators and motivators to keep players grinding out seasonal levels as quickly as possible. Here's a list of all the Midseason Drops that will be available in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1:
- Sunlit Selene
- Thrasher Massai
- Ember Armor
- Away Game Dusty
- Ascension Nezumi
Even though the concept of Midseason Drops has received a generally positive response, that's not all that players will be able to unlock in the Battle Pass. As mentioned BEFORE, the developers went all out with collaborations for Chapter 4 Season 1.
When will the Geralt of Rivia skin be unlocked in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1?
In approximately 36 days, Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher series will be made available in-game. It's highly likely that players will have to complete certain challenges to unlock all of the cosmetics associated with this particular collaboration.
That said, these are unlikely to be too difficult to complete. Much like the last time when players had to unlock The Herald, this will be a cakewalk as well. It's recommended that players complete the challenges as soon as they're unlocked to avoid missing out on them.
Since there will be a total of 11 cosmetics for players to unlock, it may take some time. On that note, only six rewards have been showcased so far. It's largely unknown what the other five rewards could be, which has led to some believing that it could be Ciri, another major character from the series.
Will Ciri be another Fortnite skin from The Witcher crossover?
Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon, better known as Ciri, is the deuteragonist of The Witcher franchise. She's been featured in the series' novels and games. With Geralt of Rivia coming to Fortnite, one has to wonder if Ciri will accompany him.
Although Jaskier (Dandelion), Vesmir, Yennefer, and Triss Merigold are indeed good options for new Outfits, Ciri is by far the best. Given that the Metaverse and Fortnite in general deal with dimensions and reality-jumping, she's the perfect character to co-relate to everything.
Nevertheless, this is all just speculation for the time being. In all probability, the hidden cosmetics are likely additional items or Super Styles for Geralt of Rivia himself. It's currently too early to tell as they will only be revealed in 57 days. Hopefully, before then, leakers will be able to figure out what the hidden cosmetics are and put an end to the community's suspense.
