LEGO Fortnite Odyssey is the latest installment of the LEGO Group within the metaverse. You will get the chance to take on the mighty Storm King (Save The World Boss), who has appeared on the scene in the survival mode’s latest update - Storm Chasers. Here is more on the upcoming content and what to expect from LEGO Fortnite Odyssey.
LEGO Fortnite Odyssey begins with the Storm Chaser Village
Master the game with our Fortnite Interactive Map v33.00 here!
In LEGO Fortnite Odyssey, you’re not the only one trying to fight back against the Storm King. You will be aided by the Storm Chaser, led by Carl Ruckus, and the big-brained Meteorologist Dr. Borrasca. You will be given goals to complete while you’re out on the adventures, which will help you progress toward your ultimate goal of defeating the Storm King. Use your Journal to keep track of everything.
Heading out into the Storm in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey
The Storm King’s invasion has warped the very fabric of reality, which is causing enormous storm systems to appear at random locations across the map. Be careful while exploring and avoid getting zapped.
Storm Dungeons will be present at the center of the storms, each of which holds a fragment of the Storm King’s electrifying power. Navigate your way through these dangers to strike a fatal blow to his influence. This will help you get one step closer to the liberation of your world.
A Storm will disappear once you conquer a Storm Dungeon. You can now freely explore the area without fear of being electrocuted. After 24 hours, conquered Storm Dungeons respawn with new pathways, dangers, and puzzles.
Villains in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey
Storm King’s Acolytes
This faction causes havoc throughout the worlds of LEGO Fortnite Odyssey. Keep your eyes open for the Acolyte’s most Elite units — they have special abilities. You must also be wary of the Storm Crawlers, as they give a nasty shock.
Raven
The Storm King’s right-hand man, Raven, will appear somewhere within the world after you’ve helped the Storm Chasers advance their village. Defeat this foe to break the arcane loc. This will help keep a mysterious gateway at the center of your world’s largest storm closed.
The Storm King
You’ll be teleported to the Storm King’s lair once you step through the gateway after taking down Raven. This multi-stage boss battle will be the ultimate test of your wits and skill.
If you emerge victorious, you’ll be well-rewarded for your heroic efforts with epic loot. This includes the Thunderclap Blade, Cyclone Pickaxe, and Shatterhorn Fragments. You can use this to craft powerful weapons and improved tools. However, peace will not reign for long. The Storm King will be back after 24 hours
New adventure? New gameplay mechanics!
Progress your adventure anywhere, anytime.
The enemy difficulty has been equalized across all biomes. This will give you the freedom to take your adventure anywhere you choose. The damage output and health of enemies have also been adjusted across the board.
Component-based crafting
Component-based crafting will be implemented. This means you will have more flexibility to decide which materials you’d like to use to build your favorite weapons and tools. However, the quality of the materials you decide to use when crafting will affect the attributes and rarity of the result.
Several improvements have also been made in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey to resource-gathering to make it more intuitive. Wood, Stone, Metal, Gem, and Rift have been each assigned a Power Tier that conveys their rarity. Wood will be the lowest (Common) and Rift will be the highest (Legendary).
The Legendary Forge
The Legendary Forge is an upgrade station you can build to boost your gear in LEGO Fortnite Odyssey. Imbue a Tier 4 weapon or Tool with Rift Crystals to unlock its yet-untapped potential. The Rifted item can be used to increase the Rift energy flowing through it until it evolves into its final form. This will unlock hidden stats.
Down but Not Out
If you run out of health, other players and NPCs can now revive you and get you back into the fight. You will not have to respawn immediately.
Vehicle-guided builds
The Lil’ Barge is the perfect vehicle for those who prefer to keep dry while navigating the waters. On the other hand, the speedy Storm Chaser will help you get around on dry land. These Builds can be unlocked by progressing through the Storm King’s Questline.
