Epic Games has just released the first official teaser for the Fortnite Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration, an ambitious crossover involving the beloved Disney franchise that has been in the works for quite some time. With all the details regarding the collaboration, the developers have revealed that the Flint-Knock Pistol will be returning to the game's loot pool as part of the crossover.

This announcement comes from Epic Games itself, with the developers taking to X to share a teaser in the form of a map. The map has four separate sections related to the Fortnite Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration, one of which boasts the Flint-Knock Pistol, confirming the weapon's reintroduction in Chapter 5 Season 3.

The release of the teaser, indicating the beloved weapon's return, is quite exciting. This is because the Flint-Knock Pistol received a major change at the start of Chapter 5 Season 3. Now, it's clear that the alteration was made to prepare the gun for the Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration.

Moreover, the confirmation for the Flint-Knock Pistol also brings with it exciting possibilities for other pirate-themed weapons and items to be added as part of this crossover.

While it is not confirmed yet, leaks have suggested that Epic Games will likely add the Pirate Cannon, another pirate-themed item from the game's early days back to the game. This is supported by the presence of Pirate Cannons at the leaked Shipwreck Shallows POI.

Additionally, players may also see the Treasure Map (Buried Treasure) item added to the game via the collaboration, allowing gamers to have a chance at obtaining powerful loot.
