Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 teaser reveals upcoming features
As you can see in the video above, the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 teaser video begins with a showcase of several map changes that will be released. It turns out that leakers were right when they revealed that the new season would have a futuristic theme.
Several new locations will be added to the in-game island, including skyscrapers and futuristic-looking buildings with digital billboards. One of the buildings also has a hologram of Shotgun, a popular Fortnite character who is a Legendary skin.
A few seconds into the teaser, Epic Games showcased Highwire, one of the upcoming Battle Pass skins. The character is on a bike, which is a new vehicle that will be released with the upcoming season. It will likely replace Dirt Bikes, which were introduced with Chapter 4 Season 1.
The trailer also confirms Mizuki and Thunder, two other Battle Pass skins. In addition, one place looks similar to Neo Tilted, a popular futuristic-looking location that was in the game during Season 9.
Every other skin that was leaked was briefly shown in the video and its end also confirmed the Fortnite x Attack on Titan collaboration. Eren Yeager will be released as part of this joint venture, as well as his Mythic item.
Many new items will be released with the new Fortnite season
The Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 teaser also showcased several new weapons, including a new pistol and a shotgun. At the moment, it is unknown how strong these weapons will be, but Epic Games will probably make them powerful.
The first-ever futuristic season of Fortnite, which was Season 9, also had several new weapons, such as the Combat Shotgun and Tactical Assault Rifle.
Considering that most of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 leaks have turned out to be true so far, we're expecting the information about the weapons to be accurate as well. According to the leakers, Epic Games will add a Mythic Grappler and several melee weapons, including katanas.
Furthermore, it appears that the video game developer will release new versions of the Pump Shotgun and Ranger Assault Rifle. Considering how many players want the former to return, adding it back is the right thing to do.
