With Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 kicking off in about four days (depending on your timezone), Epic Games has officially started to reveal content. While not much is being showcased, it does provide a good idea as to what players can expect to see. Even if the in-game version is vastly different than the render, it's still better than nothing.
As a follow-up to the last Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 teaser, which featured the incoming sandstorm, the latest one features a character and a POI called Nitro Dome. It is unclear if this will be a Named Location or Landmark, but based on the wording, it will involve cars or racing of some kind.
The official caption of the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 Nitro Dome teaser reads:
"Enter at your own risk."

Judging by the looks of things, it is clear that the developers are going all out on the racing theme and/or tilting heavily towards vehicles in general. This has also been hinted at in the first teaser wherein several vehicles could be seen exiting the giant shark-shaped ship that is rumored to become a Named Locations/Landmark next season. That said, here is the breakdown of the Nitro Drome teaser.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 teaser showcases a Mad Max-styled racing area
Likely taking a page out of Mad Max, it seems that Epic Games will be adding its own version of a drome in-game. It is unclear if players will be able to partake in death races within, but judging by the aesthetics, it could be home to a Boss NPC. In the teaser, a giant head with fireworks coming out from either side can be seen.
A silhouette of a new character is also visible, and will likely be part of the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 Battle Pass. Not much is known about this individual, aside from the fact that they will be connected to Nitro Drome in some way. That said, here is a look at the character based on what leakers/data-miners think they will look like in-game:
Given that the character's hairstyle showcased in the silhouette matches that of the survey image shown above, it could be the same individual. However, considering that Epic Games makes creative changes to the final version of the character in-game, it perhaps could be someone else altogether.
However, one thing can be said with some certainty, a major portion of the island could be dedicated to racing and all things related to vehicles. Perhaps the speculated "Hijacking" mechanic could be introduced as well in Chapter 5 Season 3. Given the theme and the fact that the island is likely being invaded (as seen in the first Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 teaser), it would make sense.
