A Fortnite Easter egg discovered by players in the Chapter 6 Season 1 map seems to hint at the arrival of popular Vocaloid star Hatsune Miku in the game. After the recent v33.11 update, many gamers noticed bags with a leek on the ground in many places across the map, especially around Seaport City.
The leek is a popular item related to Hatsune Miku, originating from a popular internet meme known as leekspin. The video featured an anime character dancing with a leek, with Miku's cover of the song "Ievan Polkka" playing in the background. Ever since the video went viral, the leek has been associated with her.
The Fortnite Easter egg with the leek seems to hint at Hatsune Miku's arrival in Fortnite, reinforcing earlier leaks that suggested the possibility of this collaboration. However, Epic Games has not confirmed this collaboration yet.
Hatsune Miku is one of the most widely recognized pop-culture figures, so it comes as no surprise that Epic Games might decide to add the viral internet sensation right after leaks about the arrival of Skibidi toilet surfaced.

When is Hatsune Miku expected to come to Fortnite
Epic Games has not made any statement regarding if or when Hatsune Miku is set to arrive in the Fortnite Item Shop. But if the developers follow the past trends, players can expect to see the popular icon in the game as early as the end of this year or sometime after the new year, in 2025.
The new year is known to introduce an array of outfits and related cosmetics, making it the perfect time for Epic Games to announce and launch the collaboration. Players will have to wait and see if their predictions about the Hatsune Miku Fortnite Easter egg come true.
